At Sydney Student Living Concord you’ll have all the facilities you need to make the most of your time as student in Sydney. Expect your room to include a king-single bed fit for a King or queen, with all linen and utilities supplied so you can crash immediately after check-in after a long drive or flight. Your room will be equipped with a flat screen TV, storage for dayz and everything you will need to make your stay lit. Netflix and Chill? No Problemo, we’ve got high speed internet because we know lag is a drag especially during a series binge. Don’t fret about safety because we’ve got a 24 hour onsite management team equipped with a personlised security access card system, and cleanliness is our middle-name with everyday onsite cleaners who keep our common areas fresh and ready for you. Even though take-out is the hallmark of a university student we have a Master Chef sized commercial kitchen with ready-to-use appliances for you to cook your favorite meals if you ever tire of take-out. The only drawback is that Chef Ramsay won’t be there. We often host and organised free activities like movie nights and social events so you can make new friends and enjoy a night with friends without having to go downtown and spend money. Made by our students for the students. Our Single Dream Suites are jammed packed
full of features that you would expect from a premium facility. Furnished with a
very comfortable king single bed, deluxe designer sofa, functional coffee table,
ample and spacious storage spaces including under bed pull out, double wardrobe,
overhead shelving and more.
This dream suite also features a kitchenette including a sink, fridge and microwave,
double study desk, adequate lighting, cooling fan, central heating, carpet and its
own private en-suite!

room types are designed to accommodate those that are interested in the privacy of a
single room but at a more affordable price. These small apartments contain 2 private
individual private lockable rooms with a small kitchenette, storage space and a
bathroom. As an added bonus these bathrooms are cleaned free of charge weekly! (The
difference between each is the size of the rooms, the studio being the smallest of
the three, Premium being slightly smaller than the Deluxe, which is the
largest).
